He was clueless when it came to knowing how to run the club tbf, no commercial nouse at all. Had no vision really on how to bring the club into the big time, and held on to the club for far far too long.. Him and Paarry were 2nd in the bad owners to the two yanks pricks he sold itt too..

He tried his best, but he was shite.. I even think he made that remark himself or on those lines..

RIP as by all accounts he was indeed a nice fella..

* Won #5 in Istanbul
* Thought he was selling the club to good actors. Turns out they were in a different way
* Should have done a better job commercially, but wasn't the only one slow to change.
* He brought Parry on to fix that. He didn't.

Anyway, terrific fella. And that's all that matters at the end of the day
