Ah, ok, sorry.
Basically, Dortmund were the better team, and City were very average. However, in the dying minutes, the referee awarded City a very soft penalty, which they converted to get an undeserved draw. The handball incident was a classic case of "ball to hand" and he still awarded the penalty. Not that I care all that much, but City really didn't deserve to get a draw.
