Having heard about the way sky presenters drink & the champagne/beer on tap when they visit grounds, it really wouldn't surprise me if he were over the limit just cos he'd had a couple of glasses of bubbly or ale whilst he ate, although I imagine pissed is overegging it.

I don't get the excuses for Carra to be honest, he's a grown up for crying out loud and his actions were utterly stupid and to be honest totally gross too. The fact he's a well-known figure just makes it all even more cringe-worthy.
