19 years old, plays as a forward for Sporting Gijon in the Segunda Division - they're 3rd right now and could end up being promoted at the end of the season. Scores his first professional goal (a very-well taken one too) in his second league game, in the 92nd minute, winning the game. Commentator and team mates go wild:

Doesn't score in the next game, then scores this one against Osasuna in the following game. Watch his clever run, going far, then coming back in on the blind side against the defender.

Later in the season, scores another one against Albacete in similar fashion, again sliding behind the defender and then blindsiding him.

7 goals in 27 games for Gijon so far, but actual minutes played being about 922 - that puts him 4th best in per-90 scoring rate in the division for anyone with more than 20 games, but top among all players under 20 (nobody . He's never actually been called up for any of the Spanish age group teams until November last year, when he got his first U21 team call up (but none after that).

Hopefully I'll remember to keep track and see how he does next season if Gijon goes up. "Bert" Sanderson already has a shite report linking Arsenal to him.

all videos are blocked for me, sounds decent though

I think you can't see the clip here; have to go to Youtube to see them. They aren't spectacular goals, more the smartly-finished variety that, I'd say, you'll probably see Yesil scoring.

It's just a pity we can't field a U21 team in the Championship or even League One. Imagine how our lads will progress playing against proper, stronger and more experienced opponents in filled stadiums instead of kicking around in some open ground to a paltry audience every 2 weeks.
