That was a tough game for the best part of an hour, wasn't pretty but the subs made the difference. Every sub was class.
Shout out Kelleher for keeping us in it at HT, Kostas showed why he got the nod today, thought he was brilliant all the way through.

On a more serious note, Brightons set up really exposed us. We struggled to control the game and really struggled after going 2-1 up. Gaps everywhere but when you see how flat City and Arsenal were today you’ll take 3pts any which way.

I’ve always had a huge soft spot for Gomez and delighted to see him play like he did when we won the league.
If Ibou is injured hopefully he gets a run of games. He’s quicker than Quansah who I feel would have been exposed with Trent pushing into midfield.
Jones also was excellent when came on and Kelleher was sensational.

I love Gomez but its like this every time, he has a few good games then good ol Joe comes back. Its the same with Jones.
