Yeah generally we've been good this season but this is that one game where you feel the "we should have bought a proper defensive midfielder" voices get louder.
We have been out thought, out muscled out paced in midfield so far. I really haven't noticed McAllister, Slobbo or Gravey apart when they are picking themselves off the floor or making sloppy passes.
There’s no point in having a defensive mid when the other 9 outfield twats can’t pass and move.
Results have been covering some average performances for a while so it's no real surprise to see us coming unstuck. If we are shite with the ball then we don't have the intense press to fall back on and cause the opposition to make mistakes. If you look at the chances then we're fortunate and in Kellehers debt to be still in the game. Brighton could be two or three clear on another day.
The good thing is Slot and the players do respond well after HT. Plenty of football left to play.

And that melee could have resulted in a goal for us and so could Nunez's run and shot. This is a bit like commentators saying team x or y could be up by one or two against us whilst having a brain wipe for what has happened at the other end.
