They talk about our lucky breaks ... but Man City has had ridiculous breaks this holiday periods
1) barely any COVID related absences
2) their primary rivals had, and played against a team on a 10 day break
3) playing weakish opponents, that are further weakened by COVID
4) their 'tough' game features a weakened team due to their cup fixture.

Also, on the end of best VAR decisions almost every time over the last 6 weeks.
The knob ends we had for the Spurs game swapped roles for their game yesterday and seem to ignore pretty much Leicester’s calls but hand couple of soft ones to City.
I would imagine everyone involved wants the league done by Jan so City can concentrate on CL.

Yeah, Joelington looked like prime Ruud Gullit in that game. He was pretty good against us too – clearly better starting from a deeper position than as a striker.

Yeah I was impressed yesterday.
But another player we just have to sign is this Adeyemi kid, I just got on the hype train. Damn he's good. Perfect understudy to Salah.
Left footed, great dribbler, quick, shits goals. Give him a year as a rotation player and he'll be ready.
I don't know why we haven't gone and got him already. We were quick to get Minamino why wait with this kid, he can be so much better.

Only taken him like 100 games to put in a good performance….the guys absolutely useless.

Salisu you numpty, brings down Son in the box and picks up a 2nd yellow for it.

Of course Kane buries it. 1-1 & long 2nd half coming up for Saints.

And Kane's found his magic feet. 1-2

Could be close on VAR though.

& Offside it is 1-1 it remains.

Kane effectively went on strike when he didn't get his move in the summer. Surprise surprise he rediscovers form just as the January window is about to open.
