Bournemouth:

Boruc, Francis, Elphick, Cook, Daniels, Ritchie, O'Kane, Surman, Gradel, King, Wilson

Bench: Federici, Smith, Distin, Mings, Gosling, Pugh, Tomlin.

Bye, bye Markovic, Sakho and Lucas. Looks like Barrett was spot on again.

Lovren didn't play that good last week. He should have been sent off. He made a big mistake again but this time he got away with it.

Sakho will never stay if he isn't playing in almost every game when fit. Euro 2016 in France being the reason.

That's one hell of a selective, revisionist, agenda-driven line up from Rodgers IMHO.

Why? We've some of his signings on the pitch and some on the bench. Or are you persisting with this conspiracy bollocks again, because Maddock says so?

Besides which, Markovic is gash, if you think he should be on there ahead of anyone, you're proper mental.

There is pressure on Lallana to produce tonight. I'd have benched him, personally. He'll find more space against Bournemouth than he did against Stoke, but he really does have to get involved and not let the game pass him by.

Yup, I think Firmino will get a good runout though, he's pretty much ready to get going now so I don't see any point in delaying it, Lallana needs a big game, but I don't think that will save him. Either he or Ibe will make way I guess.

I'm quite surprised with our line up but I'm gobsmacked at theirs. Without their best midfielder Arter and with a weakish defence I was convinced they'd play 5 in midfield but instead they're playing 4-4-2 and with 2 genuine wide men (Gradel & Ritchie). I think (and hope) that this plays right into our hands as their CM'ers O'Kane and Surman should be easy enough for Hendo and Milner to dominate. Trying not to jinx us here butI can't see past a comfortable LFC win.

Markovic should only be starting our home games.

I thought you agreed with that? This is well revisionist.

If we score early we'll batter them.
I think Howe will try and frustrate for as long as possible.
The first half an hour is massive.

Oh I missed that. It can only be he's been given more time off with the baby surely. Probably was told he's not starting and asked if he'd like a day or two with his missus ? Or am I clutching at straws.

Sounds like it mate.
