Blame Rodgers

People that are encourage over a daft point at Home against Norwich has sunk deep. If it was a one off where we against all odds didn't win I wouldnt bother. ... but when we are encourage because we were not as poor as we have been all season, it is a little Sad.

It is down to the manager that we don't have a player that get pissed off when the play don't click. It is just a big meh. We need a Masch. We need a leader.

Milner as a captain is a big joke.

Not Masch but I'd kill for Vidal.

One thing Rogers have to take the blame for, and that is alarming, is the atmosphere at Anfield today. The clear message of not backing the team by the audience is poison for this club!

Well, the booooooos after the final whistle said it all. It wasn't only a few that did it. The last few games last season many sang the Rafa Benitez song. If Villa get at least a point then many will probably sing Klopps name. They want him out now. Enough is enough. FSG have backed him and stood by him.

Rodgers has always peddled that its 'all about the team'. However, we don't look like a team.

Losing our 'best' players year on year hasn't helped us at all, but rather than just replace them we seem to completely restructure the team. Its no wonder we have no identity or the players look like strangers. Rodgers is making it up as he goes along - he's lost his way and no longer has any world class players to paper over cracks.

Whilst Rodgers is creative and I'm sure is a good coach, we shouldn't still be searching for answers. I think he's had a fair chance and hasn't delivered. Klopp and Ancelotti have proven success, which Rodgers doesn't and there is no indication he is going to to win us anything anytime soon. I just can't understand how we've fallen so far from that team who stuffed Spurs and Arsenal, in particular.

Which was down to the manager...

Same old.. when tactically undone, unable to change to the game in our favour

We weren't tactically undone.

We created chances, they didnt. They capitalised on a set piece mistake by Mignolet - that you'd get away with nine times out ten.

Benteke going off injured was a problem - because clearly Sturridge was never playing 90. Lallana for Sturridge though was a mistake. That formation change isolated Ings and held back Moreno.

What game did you actually watch?

First getting the formation wrong then saying we were tactically undone?

Seriously, stop with the agenda and change the subject.

I predicted 1-1 before the game, it was a nap we'd struggle. And we'll struggle against Villa as well. I think people are in denial and don't realise how shot we are. This cunt will have have us in a relegation battle.

What agenda change..

we drew a game against a team that we should be beating..

Norwich would of took a point before the game. Therefore Rodgers was tactically out thought, and they got what they came for...

Unless of course you are happy with a point at home to a team that has just been promoted via the playoffs...

Do you think the players have faith and belief in Rogers? Really good managers will inspire players to play even when the manger is being a dick.

Of course I'm not happy with the draw, you spastic.

Norwich got their goal thru an error in our keeper, if you actually watched the game you would HAVE noticed this.

And stop trying to claim you don't have an agenda because it makes you doubly more stupid, especially when you keep on using OF after WOULD.

Do the majority here want to axe Rodgers after 6 matches?

I wouldn't have mind if he had been axed during the summer. No problem

I agree we could have done it, in good order and without the chaos, during the summer. There are loads of good reason why a club would be very reluctant to let a manager go after choosing to back him. Can you name a few?

The only way forward is to watch what happens until we reach the Chelsea game. If things are the same you act.

Calling for his head now at this moment is daft. It's not the best thing for the club.

I'm a bit surprised that 3 or maybe 4 posters here, that i have read for the past 10 years can't come to any kind of grips with the importance of handling this correctly. It's so much more than facade.

How come you don't understand that swinging the axe 6 matches in would hurt us on so many levels as a club???

You do realise the shit end to last season didn't stop in May? And that he's had one good season in 4?

How come you never explain such sweeping statements in detail? Tell us how, exactly, letting Rodgers go now would be harmful but doing so after the Chelsea game wouldn't.

Everything at the club is great. Why risk damaging an atmosphere where virtually every fan wanting him gone and a scenario where half the players look like they couldn't give a fuck playing for him?

Rodgers post match. .

'We need to build confidence after that Norwich City draw'

He's lost it... Completey..

On a whole I agree, and I would have agreed last week as-well.

but, what action has Rodgers taken since West Ham? are we playing better or worse? does it seem like he has a plan? in what way would you say he's stirring the ship in the right direction?
Totally agree that you shouldn't fire a manager 6 games in, but on the other hand I don't think I've ever seen such a lost cause, and it seems that with each passing game our ship is closer to the rocks.
Also, we are poo. we are so poo that a home draw against championship level Norwich is reason for optimism. Hodgson was shot for much less, and rightfully so, 7th most expensive fucking squad in the world.
