Where is ours and how far away from being ready for genuine first team level action are they?
I’m sure many are concerned about the defence after the start we’ve had in pre season, but it’s hard to defend when we offer little top class attacking action to threaten teams and pin them back.

I think this is a valid thread, but the reason it's lacking replies is because we've been discussing this in other threads for basically the entire summer.
I'd say 95% of this forum wants us to sign a backup to Salah and Mané.
Doesn't look like it's happening.

Or wanted to see more game time from the potential back ups (Brewster, Wilson, Kent) actually playing with our senior players rather than just included in mixed line ups.

Yeh I’d have liked to have had a new forward in, but had I known it would have been so long to get any of the front three back in action, fit and firing, i’d have been desperate for us to get someone in. If citeh are gonna do the same as last season, a few bad results at the start of the campaign and the league is pretty much over before it’s started.
