He's never going to change. I didn't think he should have been allowed back the first time and I definitely don't think he should be now.
I think the polite, respectful thing to do is to honour his memory.
He's littered the forum with the same shite for years and got away with it, he's had repeated warnings about it and still came back and carried it on, it derails threads.
And I can count the number of bans to established posters on one hand, some don't come all that shite about "disagree with a Mod and you get banned".
It's not censorship gone mad, it's cutting out the shite that's become more of a distraction and irritation to too many posters. He offers nothing constructive to the forum. We hardly ever ban anyone.
He was a WUM that was constantly looking to ruin every debate to have a go at our players. He openly admitted he couldn’t be arsed watching a number of games and would rather play on his xbox. He’d then come on here with his agenda.

First of all in honour of the thread theme just want to say Lallana was good in the Sunday game but at the same time the two goals we conceeded ... not his fault directly but shows how defensively fragile we become as soo as we introduce 4 mainly attack minded players into our team. In all honesty it does not change my view of him being physically not upto it for more than 3 games and not being effective against the very best sides.
Now Modo ... does anyone know if their was any underlying personal reason why he hated Henderson ? I have got the feeling on this site there are some that just hate players coz they are English. I can sometimes relate to his comments about Hendo but the bottom line is that successive managers pick him todo a stability job and of all our mids he can do the things we sometimes want a cunt to do with his aggressive approach.

To what end? He's gradually wore away at even the most patient of posters like JJ. He'd continue posting looking for new bites. I honestly think there's a problem there. His post above isn't about not rating Henderson, it was blatantly ridiculing a player for being injured "I'm not as sore as Henderson's foot was yesterday, haha". If he was mildly humorous and he did it occasionally in that kind of context, it'd be no different to what half of us do, but it just isn't. He's looking to derail threads which often aren't even related to his pet hates.
The fact he has a hate "type" is fucking disturbing.
Bring him back, whatever, but don't expect me to post much anymore. I'd barely posted this week coz I'd started a new job, and practically the first post I saw was him fishing for bites. Those posts could easily have been from 4yrs ago, that's how long this has been going on. He's been officially warned loads of times by other mods. I think years of getting away with it is more than being patient.
I honestly don't think the place is better for him being on here, so I don't think the diversity arguement really applies. There are plenty of fucking idiots in society, I don't think we benefit from them all.

FWIW Modo has said he's taking a necessary break from scm for a while following this. He realises the fact so many people were pissed off with him means he's crossed the line.
So as Oncey said, he is unbanned, but by his own choice he won't be around for a while.
