1.Wigan v Fulham. Good football sides these two, i really hope they have good seasons.
2.Van persies lay off to Fabregas for his goal was the embodiment of worldy. It was totally jaw droppingly perfect. Worth a goal.

3. Wneger played Fabregas on the right-wing. I wonder if the Arsenal Forums are imploding?

It really was. He's brilliant.

When Torres first joined us, I said that a partnership of him and Van Persie has the potential to be the best the Prem has seen. A few years down the line, what do we think?

Fabregas has technically played RM for Spain as well, although they have a pretty fluid system. I think he's played there for Arsenal in the past as well, no?

Pretty sexy.

You've got one pick out of...

Fabregas
Van Persie
Ramsey
Arshavin
Walcott

Who would you take?

Ramsey will do well to get anywhere near Fabregas' level, so there is nothing to gain by picking him when you have the finished product available to you.

Walcott... not for me. He's still got time to live up to the hype, but on the evidence we have so far (and his injury record), it's not looking likely, is it?

Arshavin is very good, but he's not a superstar and age counts against him anyways.

So it really just leaves Van Persie and Fabregas. It has to be Fabregas really.

Whilst we could quite happily accommodate Van Persie in any position across the forward line, his age, injury record and the utter shitness of our midfield counts against him. If Aquilani is as good as he's meant to be, maybe I'd be inclined to think a bit harder about it, but as things stand, it really is no brainer.

Yeah it'd be Fabregas for me too, although I could definitely make a case for Ramsey and RVP.

Fabregas is nigh on perfect. I don't think there's one flaw in his game.

I'm trying to think of one, but it's a real struggle.

When (if ever) do you guys reckon he'll go back to Barca?

I think they'd be willing to spend big to get him back and Fabregas, if I remember correctly, is still a season ticket holder there.

The better Arsenal become (and looking at some of the youngsters coming through you'd expect they will), the less chance of him leaving I think.

Fabregas or RVP. If I had to choose it would have to Cesc.
6 goals 10 assists and we're only in November.

On a side note, Ramsey looks a cracking player. United and Everton went very close to signing him for about 6 million. Look great business now.

Nasri and Rosicky back from injury gives Arsenal a lovely selection headache, Cunts.

In the summer I was of the opinion that this would be his last season at Arsenal with Barca going after him after the World Cup.

Now I'm not so sure. He seems to be enjoying his football there and Arsenal are looking pretty good. I guess we'll have to wait and see how the season pans out.

Haha. That was brilliant. Fucking Pizza of all things.

It would make sense for him to return as the heir to Xavi's throne but Xvi has a lot of mileage left in him so I don't know really. Will just have to see how this season pans out for them and how he performs in the World cup. Maybe that will get Barca on red alert to try coax him back.

Right now? It'd be RVP.

Fabregas would have been an amazing replacement for Alonso, but now we've got Aquilani, having another striker would be more beneficial to Liverpool than another CM.

Other things:

- Saha's on fire. What a fucking strike that was.
- That's a fantastic result for Hull, regardless of how much a cock Phil Brown is.
- The difference between the Championship and the Premier League: Sylvain ebanks Blake, 25 goal last season, 1 so far this season - a penalty too.

[/quote]I think hes missed most of the season injured but yeah i still agree.

- Andy Reid is playing the best football of his career. Anybody watch that Spurs-Sunderland game? I thought he was the best player on the pitch, and how he can continue to be overlooked by Trapattoni is astonishing.
- Corluka's really not all that good.

Lescott seems to be the biggest waste of money this season.

Roque Santa Cruz?

Rogue Santa Cruz?

Yep. Hughes mustn't have been convinced he would land Tevez or he was just an idiot. Perhaps he didn't expect Bellamy to find top form again. I don't know really, but there was no need to sign Santa Cruz.

Well he has been injured for most part of the season. Lescott on the other hand has been decidedly poor. Thing is, Hughes is unlikely to drop him. They shouldn't have sold Dunne as the backups they have as Onuha and Richards.

Looking at another angle, Everton got Distin+Heitinga+Neill in exchange for Lescott. Who got the better deal?
