Can do one. Not waking up at / staying up till 4:00am to watch these two utter shite teams destroy football. Sorry Kuyt, you're a nice Red, but you're playing in a piss-poor side under a dick.

Van Gaal on Brazil and the 3rd/4th placed game:

[article]"I will stick to the facts," Van Gaal said in a news conference. "The facts are that Brazil started first. And Brazil again has played first again and we played a day later.

"These are the facts. I am not going to beat around bush. Then you know what the implications are if that is the case.

"The question is why? I think Scolari should think about that if he wants to do that and is allowed to do that."

Van Gaal's annoyance has clearly been heightened by the fact that Brazil have had another day to prepare for the third-place play-off.

"We have one day less than Brazil," Van Gaal added. "We have to get into shape in two-and-a-half days, which physically is hard."

The former Bayern Munich and Ajax coach has changed his tune slightly since then, though.

Van Gaal does not count the Netherlands' exit to Argentina as a loss as the scores were level after 120 minutes. He therefore sees the match in Brasilia as a chance to do something the Dutch have never done before -- end a World Cup without defeat.

"There is still something for us to do here -- we can still write history," Van Gaal said. "Holland has always lost a match in a World Cup. That happened in '74 and '78 (when they made the final).

"I hope I can prepare them to play a good match. It will be my last match and the players may want to give me a present in the form of a victory so we can leave undefeated.

"It's quite something to go seven matches unbeaten."

Van Gaal said it may be hard to raise spirits for the game because of the agonising nature of Wednesday's penalty shootout defeat.

"It was very, very sad," he said. "A dream has been broken and this dream is not going to come back. It was all about being number one so to lose this way is the most terrible way.

"I would have rather lost 7-1," as Brazil did against Germany in the other semifinal.[/article]

By the way, didn't Mourinho work under Van Gaal for a bit at Barca? If he did, we can see now where he got his classless obnoxious form from.

Pointless game but I hope Brazil win, just to restore some pride at least.

Van Gaal deserves nothing. The crazy cock showing two tone haired cunt.

I find myself in the difficult predicament of hating both teams and wanting both to lose by a large margin.

Netherlands to win courtesy of Robben I think is the best outcome.

I think a bloody boring 0-0 draw after extra time finishing with a 3-0 penalty kicks win for Bazil will be a great ending, which will totally underscore the utter shitness of both teams. Obviously with Krul playing the full game for Netherlands and saving fuck-all in the kicks session diving the wrong way for all 3 winning Brazilian kicks and the Dutch peno takers skying or shooting 10 yards wide on purpose.

I hope Brazil win with a clean sheet and Oscar hat-trick.

That will guarantee me victory in my work Fantasy football.

Plus, hope Van Gaal doesn't get his wish of exiting undefeated, the dick.

Mind games for a pointless fixture. What an ego driven twat he is.

I hope Brazil batter them.

I don't think he's doing mind games. He's just being an unsporting prick like Mourinho. It's their nature. He quibbles over the fact that his team hasn't been beaten so far (penalty defeats don't count for him), wearing it like some effing badge of honour. Yeah, so weren't Costa Rica. Teams have not lost in the tournament in normal / extended time but still bowed out, for ages. But wait, the media will dance to his tune and he'll be the first to ever pull it off, just like Rooney was the inventor of the bicycle kick.

Worst Dutch side of recent times absolutely annihilating the worst brazilian side of recent times.

Brazil need to sort out their shit

And how anyone can compliment ANY of the Brazil attack today is clearly a mental

@Hansern

You're a mental

No, you're mental. Compairing him to Welbeck and Kuyt?! Smoking crack again??

He's the only one trying to do something for a shitty Brazil team.
I'm mostly talking about the games he played for Chelsea though. He would have fitted perfectly into our team.
