West Ham are reportedly after Liverpool and Milan striker Mario Balotelli, and have prepared an offer of €13m.
The striker is currently owned by the Reds, but is playing for the Rossoneri on a loan deal.
According to the Brentwood Gazette, the Hammers have identified Balotelli as the ideal reinforcement and are willing to offer €13m for the player.

They quite obviously won't offer anything like that much. We will get 8m at the very most, which is about what he is worth, being generous

Well, he was available for nothing in summer but we ignored him, Sunderland want to spend £14m on him now, so it seems entirely plausible that we'd buy him now after half a decent season at a relegation-threatened club, because he fits exactly our usual transfer strategy
