I don't think so.

I'm a bit out of shape at the moment, but even when fit I'm a decent size because I generally lift a lot of weights.

I haven't been skinny since I was about 17.

hahaha, yes most asians are short in comparison to caucasians but i think it is due to nutrition. have you seen yau ming, the american NBA basketball player? he is taller than shaq! most of asia used to be poor, so we were under nourished. now the average height of youths are 5' 9" and that is about the same with you lot, right?

Nando's is great.

Lots of hot sauce.

Although I usually bring a bottle of Tabasco whenever I go to KFC or McDonalds.

A lot of wheat and protein is consumed these days,and I think a general improvement in health care has created taller Asians.

5' 9" is actually pretty average these days.Which sucks because that's my height and I'd like to be taller. 🙁
