I think Brendan suffers with what a lot of grumpy middle aged men suffer, especially ones who have waited 26 years for a fucking title, in that default position is usually 'This guy will be utterly shit'
Obviously given the weight of ABSOLUTE CUNTS we have signed and paid good moeny too the past 26 years 9 times out of 10 the prediction and by proxy the scout accumen looks sound.
However what tends to happen is when the team is GOOD and riddled with good players Bren will always look like a miserable cynical old fart.
Councidentally I suffer the exact opposite and want to believe everyone we sign will be brilliant and go early in my praise and have spent FAR longer looking a cunt because I predict these mongs can actually play.
A season like this is fucking HEAVEN to me because Lallana, Clyne, Milner, Wijnaaldum, Firmino, Coutinho et all make me look like I actually know what the fuck im talking about.
