Theres no exageration there were times when we simply couldn't get the ball or had the willingness to get the baal off wigan and they just started passing round one touch tippy tappy style and it was embarrassing.

Well its 3 days tension building up 🙂 but footballs about opinions you have yours i have mine thats the beauty of the game. It's a huge exaggeration. There's no need for it when saying how bad we played. It's just aimless hyperbole that helps no one. But carry on - this forum's returned in full rant mode.
My brother (Man U supporter) just called and said "you made Wigan look like Barcelona, they outplayed you at times". So maybe there's something too it.Well its 3 days tension building up 🙂 but footballs about opinions you have yours i have mine thats the beauty of the game.
Jesus Modo whats going on..... I agree thats the 2'nd time someone has agreed with you today!I keep reading "we play good football" all the time but what's the point if it's not effective?

Do you really think they looked like they were trying hard but just suffering confidence issues?
It looked to me like no one gave a fuck. Like they'd maybe had a big bust up in the week and instead of it rallying them had made them think 'fuck it'.

Hi everyone
Glad the site is back up again. Just want to say that there are a load of negative threads and I totally understand that. However, anyone who has watched our team play and dominate games and hit the post so many times cannot honestly say we are shit - because we are not. To me its simple we just need that goal-hanger fox in the box and our problems are sorted. We have shown in the games against the big boys that we can outplay them and create a load of chances against them, we have also shown that against the lesser sides. What we have also shown consistently is how rubbish we are at scoring goals - that is the big problem in our side.
I think Kenny has moved us forward by making us a passing team again, and getting our first cup in x many years. So what if we keep losing in the league now ? - whats there to play for right now ? pride ? - yes but I would rather we were 100% fit for the cup games without exerting ourselves in these remaining games. The chances of us getting a CL place is now slim to nothing. I don't blame the players - as I think they are all thinking about the next season when it comes to the league.
Yes, but look who started it so you can kinda understand it's level. This thread is Vlad's worst nightmare...
Yes, yes and yes.Agreed we're clearly not shit, we play well at times. We can beat the best but struggle against the worst. Kenny hasn't had a full season yet, start to finish, so give him that and see how it goes next year.
We're really frustrating to watch at the minute but I still stand by Kenny, I do however have some concerns over him getting big money to spend after some of the players that have arrived but Commoli has as much responsibility for signings as anyone.
It's been a disappointing season in terms of the league but I still have a good feeling about next season. If Kenny is the wrong man for the job he'd quit before running us into the ground.
Yeah you know Im alone in thinking we're shit.Yes, but look who started it so you can kinda understand it's level.
I don't think it's peachy and I'm going to wait till the end of the season to see where we're at in league. Like I said, this thread is at the level of it's originator.Yeah you know Im alone in thinking we're shit.
Why dont you go start a thread called it's all peachy and we can still get 4th.
And if you re-read the original post you'd notice that it was a complaint directed at the players not the manager.I don't think it's peachy and I'm going to wait till the end of the season to see where we're at in league. Like I said, this thread is at the level of it's originator.
Yep, try to win the FA Cup and get as high as possible in the league. Nothing wrong with that. Where did I say anything about players or the managers? And if you re-read the original post you'd notice that it was a complaint directed at the players not the manager.
You can wait all you want, league wise we're not getting anywhere.
The Fa cup is the only thing on the table atm.
Regularly out-played? Have you been watching the games? Words like "dominated the game but didn't finish" are the medias/posters favourite saying for us.I cringed at the 'tiredness' comment. It's the latest in a long line of excuses that have been offered up this season.
Like everyone else, I'd prefer not to stare down the barrel of someone else's '5 year plan' but, really, what else is there? I'm not sure I see the benefit in persisting with most of this crop of players purely for the sake of continuity. A lot are simply not good enough.
Last summer's transfer activity was the most damaging the club has ever engaged in, and there's plenty of competition for that accolade.
When it comes to our midfield and strike force, apart from Gerrard, Suarez and Bellamy, I wouldn't give you a fiver for the rest. Both areas are regularly outplayed by most teams in the League and need a complete overhaul.
I didn't want Kenny to get the job in case things went pear-shaped and he copped abuse. Well they have, and he is. Sad times.
Looking at the League table is uncomfortable. And it could get worse unless we buck up. Being 31 points off the leaders is bad enough but only being 6 points ahead of the team in 14th place is frightening.
He's right about the impatient and fairness.Like one of the journos on talk sport was saying about us today, the biggest problem is when you're not playing well and Liverpool aren't having that problem. He also thought a lot of fans are too impatient and unfair towards Kenny.
