Its not even about swapping players, you never see any positive changes of the system during matches. Lets sacrifice a defender, lets throw another attacker on. Lets change fron 4-5-1 to 4-4-2 / 4-4-3 during games. It really is like there is no plan b or they simply don't have a clue. I havent seen once this season a game turned round tacticly for the better.
