And I agree. There is and should be a pecking order when it comes to loyalty to fans who take the trouble to go, rather than the Johnny big game merchants.

A great way of getting into finals is going in large gangs and picking up touts by their ankles and shaking them until enough tickets fall out. Works best if you're in your early 20s and your mates are dead hard.

I saw that outside Wembley in 88 and 89. Many a cockney tout was relieved of his money, tickets and those that chose to fight back losts some teeth. Not usually into the violence thing but touts are outside of that.

haha. There was a lot of that going on at the LFC/EFC finals wasn't there ?

Some tout in a long mac, looked like he should have been selling tickets in the west end or whacking off in the bushes, got turned over by a few scalls, who Robin Hood style started passing out spare tickets to whoever was passing and needed one.

This dude paid loads of money for options on tickets when Wembley first re-opened, but he's not interested in these tickets - so anyways he gave him the code and the cheapest ones they have are £440. Yeh that's fair enough in my book. Thing is 31000 tickets and about 38000 at the home leg. I'll get one somehow and if I don't I'll just step over the wall
