Transfer Rumours 21/22

This transfer situation is big worry, i cannot see anyone in the current squad that can do the type recycling that Gini did for us. We cannot rely on Hendo to stay fit. Dont care that we have signed this new defender, I actually think we are worse off than the start of last season. As for a choice between Kabak and Phillips, there is no contest...Phillips all the fucking way.

Was there even a Kabak Vs Philips debate?
I think everyone is on team Philips.
Not me though, cause he's English.

I fucking hated that prick. Remember that game when, for once, he wasn't an invisible shithouse, and he managed to score a goal, only to fucking prance around shushing the Anfield fans? Absolute shitcunt bellend that makes every single worst Liverpool XI ever.
I think I’m the word “sh1thouse” was invented for this guy. Villa fans actually thought we’d got the better of the two between him and Ashley Young 🙁

I am like you getting very impatient and posted comments saying the club is not going to buy anyone. However, are we being impatient as there is still 28 days before the window shuts? We can't register any new foreign players until we move some on, and the moment the club thinks the offers currently on the table are lowballing offers

If Grealish joins City, then would have been great to grab Gundogan off them if he’s surplus but doubt that would be possible unless he was on a free.

Choice of Downing Markovic Borini or El Zhar Hal? Who you picking.

Downing gets in for being a shithouse cunt who stuck around too long and cost a lot at the time. Borini is up front. Markovic on the right wing. El Zhar isn't in the conversation.

Yeah begining to realize that, and what a fucking shit show of a situation we are in. What worries me is that our manager wont even start any of our foreign league signings for another six months if they sign in late august and dont have that pre season. Hope we not holding onto an extra 2M for the guys we want to get rid of.

We’re not holding on for extra - no-one wants to buy any of our shit.

Interest in Shaq was s smokescreen for him being like a new signing.

I cannot believe that no one wants Shaq, or even Origi who I rate highly but is benched or never given a damn chance.

They aren’t wanted at FSGs preferred market clearing price
Yes, guessing that is the issue, but we need to get over it . I think we need to think that the other lesser clubs around Europe cannot afford the wages we pay. So only one thing for it, if they are not RealMadrid, Barca, PSG, Chelsea, City , we should decide if its more important to offload them or hold out for money we are never gonna get.

Can’t argue there. But I also sell all my stuff on FB marketplace for pennies on the dollar so I don’t have to wait too long.

I would rather keep Shaq than sell him for £8m. Loan out Origi and Minamino if we can't sell them.
If it's really sell to buy, £8m isn't going to get you any thing.
If Ibrahim Konate is the only buy this season, I would hope someone in the press would ask FSG why that is?
Looking at Spurs, last season they had spent almost £100m and had player sales of just over £13m. This season their net is 0 just like us

Did the club ever confirm whose pocket the super league fines and solidarity payments are coming out of? I dread to think what this summer would've been like had we not nabbed 4th last year.

In the case of Origi, would you want to hire someone who looks like they do not give a shit? I certainly wouldn’t.

I am pretty sure FSG said they would pay it & it would not impact the club

Borini in a tough battle with Balotelli up top.

I'm not surprised we are struggling to sell fringe players - it is very common knowledge we can't buy without selling and that we have no slots for overseas players. Any buyer would be wise to lowball and wait. We've fucked ourselves a bit here - not the usual Michael Edwards approach of being efficient and professional in the market.

Let's see where the chips land. Edwards still has time.
I expect some movement the next week on a midfielder.
