Transfer Rumours 21/22

Which is a mistake, but we are used to it by now.
I look forward to the pr when Bellingham signs for another team in the summer.

Are we not signing anyone ? I cannot believe that FSG think that this season we will be Klopp magic make it to a top 4 place. I just cannot see it, with all the other teams with fit healthy midfielders, and ready to press us, I just cannot see how we get through the next 2 games. I just hope that we don't forget the issues even if we beat Bournmouth this coming weekend.

Not even sure if he’ll fit us?

Any reason for that, mate? I have no clue on how good or bad he is. Youtube compilations look good. But it seems no other club has gone for him even though he was available for 20 million or so.

Not sure. I’ve been impressed in prior seasons but looked a bit half arsed this season.
Might be because he wants a move.

I dont know much about him, but dmishra posted some very good stats for him.
For 16 mill you could afford to get it wrong in all honesty.

Cant argue with that !!!!

Mohammed Camara just moved from RB Salzburg to AS Monaco for £13.2m, wow thats a good price which could mean Jean Lucas or Youssef Fofana could be available
I am not forcing anyone to watch the videos or read my comments*

Now Watch Mohammed Camara - be sold in two seasons for £60M to some top club in 18 months time.

He can be pretty lazy at times, but he's a good player, just not sure he fits Klopp's style of running himself into the ground.

As I said in the previous post, I don't have much idea about him. Youtube compilation looks very good. Seems to be highly rated in the passing category. Excellent injury record played something like 65 consecutive games which is a record . According to this, he actually does quite a bit of running.

Maybe there are some attitude issues that have crept in. Given his transfer fee is so low, must be a reason why no one else has gone for him till now.

If Tielemans is available for £16m in a market where Anthony Gordon costs £60m then we want our fucking heads checked if we don't make a play for him

Hes 25, runs all day, never misses a game. His current salary of £35k a week is no issue. Long term replacement for Ox, no brainer.

With all the available information about our success, winnings, net spends, player injuries, players available to buy etc. I’m starting to come down in the “FSG are cunts again lads” camp.

To be honest, I did see these stats a while back and instantly thought of Keita, who also has great stats at times for duals, ground covered etc. I remember watching in a few seasons back when they were in a bit of a slump and he was literally half arsed jogging back when teams were on the attack, and that's always stuck in my mind. Maybe it was just a spell. He's a talented player.

I think there was a thread a while back in which a couple people (Woland and Beamrider perhaps) expressed some surprise that FSG haven't made use of cheap debt (maybe for stadium type stuff).

I get the whole living within our means and what not but FSG have done Klopp dirty at least a bit. He's worked wonders since he's come, toed the line and could've been backed a little more for his efforts.

I think we're in trouble when he goes because there are a lot of teams in the league now that spend very heavily.

He is one of the best CMs in the league. If he were available for £60m we should probably be in for him given the current standard we have in that department.

Since Klopp took over in 2015, here are the trophies won by our rivals:

Man City - 4 PLs, 1 FA Cup, 5 League Cups
Chelsea - 1 PL, 1 CL, 1 FA Cup, 1 Europa League, 1 WCC
Liverpool - 1 PL, 1 CL, 1 FA Cup, 1 League Cup, 1 WCC
Leicester - 1 PL, 1 FA Cup
United - 1 FA Cup, 1 Europa League, 1 League Cup
Arsenal - 2 FA Cups

Bar City, all those teams have changed their managers multiple times. Us on other hand – seems to be universal agreement that we have a generational manager. Yet our trophy count is no superior to Chelsea’s and better than Leicester’s by 1 CL.

Someone still want to argue that our owners aren’t wasting Klopp’s potential?

We have him for another 3 years after this season. Who’s confident that we’ll add to that trophy count substantially?

5 trophies in 11 years would be a very underwhelming reflection of his time here.
