I had a dream about Torres last night.

He'd already moved to Chelsea, but was at Stevie's house, just hanging out.

For some reason, Stevie's house was a typical 3-bedroom suburban, Brookie-type place.

Anyway, there were a load of Stevie's family there and me (fuck knows what I was doing there).

I kept trying to engage Torres in conversation, but he wasn't having it.

I was getting increasingly wound up, but left him to it, lest I should bitch-slap him and get kicked out.

I played with the family dog, a fluffy little Terrier of some type (didn't know it's name).

Anyhow, I was staying the night and decided to stay in when everyone else went out for dinner.

I sat and watched tv and the dog crashed on another seat.

The dog started mumbling to itself in a Scottish accent !

No-one believed me (about the talking doggie) not even Stevie.

Maybe the dream was really about the dog ?

your dreams are fucking shit. i dreamt i went to the moon on an air balloon last night.

your dreams are fucking shit too. Mine are filled with naked women doing unspeakable things to me.

He's just telling the truth TBF, our mf plays/played at a higher pace than chelsea's, it suited him more.

Mata will improve that too.

Come January, if we were offered a trade, Carroll for Torres, would you?

I hate that fuckin lady-boy but I'd take that offer.

Imagine having Suarez and Torres up front. That was how I pictured it in January before that cunt decided to leave.

It confirms what i have believed all this while! Stevie was a big reason for Torres being successful here. The man has played the game at high tempo for us for 12 years. There aren't many who moves the ball around as quickly as he does. We are so blessed to have him playing for us.

That made me really sad. Sad for him that he's playing for such a shit, nothing club. Him and Suarez could have won us the title.

Me too. There was a period there when he was untouchable.

Fernando Torres was only a substitute yesterday as his Chelsea team mates secured a 2-1 win at Sunderland. With one goal in 21 appearances it appears as though his manager Andre Villas-Boas is beginning to lose patience and there is a rumour doing the rounds amongst the Spanish media suggesting Torres could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge.

Sensational as it may seem it does make some sense especially when the rumour goes on to say that Tottenham could be his next club. Luka Modric in exchange for Torres. How about that for a bit of business?

You may think it sounds stupid, but SkyBet have already opened a book on Torres and who his next club will be after the January transfer window. They do not actually have a price available on Tottenham so that should tell you everything about that rumour, but they do have prices available for other clubs.

Atletico Madrid top the list at odds of 5/1 (6.0), and a move back to where it all began for El Nino could be feasible.

The same price of 5/1 (6.0) is available for a move to Malaga, with Real Madrid coming next at a decent price of 7/1 (8.0). There are two other teams on the list from SkyBet, and yes you’ve guessed it Barcelona are one of those teams. They are 16/1 (17.0) to be Torres’ next club and Villarreal are on offer at a massive price of 25/1 (26.0).

It may only be speculation, but it has been taken seriously enough by SkyBet to open a book on it. If Torres continues to struggle over the next few months it will be very interesting to look at those prices again, especially if his replacement yesterday Daniel Sturridge continues to find the back of the net.

How we didn't prize away Sturridge doing business with those fuckers in January and August is a mystery to me. Thats a bit sad honestly.

Blues Investigate Torres over comments

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has confirmed the club are looking into an interview by Fernando Torres in which the benched striker appeared to criticise his own team-mates.

Torres, who has scored just one goal since his £50 million transfer from Liverpool in January, spoke to the official website of Spain's Primera Liga and appeared to hint at a lack of service from Chelsea's "older" and "very slow" players in an English translation that later appeared on his personal website.

Villas-Boas sought an explanation from Torres, who claimed his words were not translated accurately on his own website.

Chelsea are now seeking to obtain a copy of the interview in its original Spanish and Villas-Boas revealed he would warn Torres not to speak so candidly about the club in future if the translation did stand up.

"We are going in-depth to regain the tape of that interview," Villas-Boas said. "We'll see if things play exactly as they are in that interview. We want to go in-depth a bit more. Anyhow, it's one player's perspective. I don't think it's a perspective that the manager shares. I don't have to share my players' ideas sometimes."

Meanwhile, amid the controversy, Villas-Boas is hoping his decision to drop Torres for the 2-1 win against Sunderland on Saturday in favour of Daniel Sturridge will spark the striker into life.

Sturridge justified his inclusion with a crucial goal, and while Villas-Boas refused to confirm whether Torres would be reinstated to the starting XI for Chelsea's Champions League opener against Bayer Leverkusen at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday, he revealed he expected the striker to benefit from his time on the bench.

"Any player that is not part of the squad, or not part of the selected players is not happy," Villas-Boas said. "I am glad that they are not happy because it means that maybe you can stimulate them to go one step further.

"Or maybe you can motivate them a little bit more and when they come back to being selected or to starting in the first XI they can still perform.

KopTalk running this:
Liverpool Football Club have been sounded out about the possible shock return of a former Reds ace less than two weeks after re-signing Craig Bellamy in a similar fashion.

The signing of Bellamy didn't come as a shock to us but if the latest developments were to come off, we'd be stunned.

According to a club insider, the player - who has been named on our members website - could be offered back to Liverpool after his agents 'recently established contact with Liverpool's director of football Damien Comolli, "to explore possible solutions that may benefit each other".'

Wonder who they're on about. :-[
