Brazil V Argentina on at 5pm I think. Then we have England V France and Ireland Vs Norway later.

Let's hope all our players come home safe and sound, that means you Torres.

Who are Spain playing?

Away v Portugal I think

Lukaku scored a brace for Belgium against Russia.

He'll be insanely expensive for anyone. He's very young though so perhaps he's the one Henry wants to spend heavily on.

I'd be delighted.

He'll probably go for something like 20 mill £. And will probably end up at Chelsea. He loves Drogba.

I hope Lucas plays, for obvious reasons

For an injury?

I would much rather he puts in a storming display (fat fucking chance..i know) and invites a few offers from Italian or Spanish teams, who love their share of Brazilian players.

Anyone going to watch England-France? Intriguing midfield battle between supposed £20m City/Utd target Jordan Henderson (who I've never seen play as far as I remember) and supposed £15m Liverpool target Yann M'Vila.

He's the only DM in the France line-up btw. They're going 433, with Nasri and Gourcuff either side of him, which sounds pretty damn adventurous. Last time I saw M'Vila play, he was one of three DMs (with Diaby the most advanced), and drove forward quite a lot himself. Will be interesting to see how he copes with the added defensive responsibility.

Carrol is a very useful player.

I wish he came through our youth system.

Haha, the Guardian said that Foster was the best keeper in England based on the latest Opta stats.

Now he's beaten at the near post.

1-0

Torres is on the bench for Spain and Raul starts for Portugal. Hopefully Fernando won't be involved at all.

Christ, what a boring match! England being totally outplayed by a France team in cruise control. Wenger sounds genuinely embarrassed by how bad England are, while Lizarazu actually said: 'It's a shame for Gerrard, who's a world-class player, to be stuck in a team with such a lack of skill.'

England are so much like Liverpool under Hodgson that it's depressing.

Ha!

Capello before the game; we need to support the young players even if they are not playing well.

Wembley crowd at half time; booooo

I don't think it's got anything to do with the young players in the team. It's simply that England are only any good when they're playing at maximum pace. As soon as they slow it down and try to play as if in they're in a friendly, their technical weaknesses are exposed and they look like a bunch of overpaid, overhyped hoofers.

Better as the half went on from England, but technically the French are light years ahead of us. Pretty shameful that we're apparantly the 6th best team in the fifa rankings. Different lumbering cunt up front same old shite hoofball tactics.
And btw Walcott is a fucking coward.

Yeah, France are brilliant. That's been evident for ages now. Apart from the last 4 years, when they've been a fucking useless, hapless, divided bunch of fucking cunts that the whole world has been laughing at
