Pleased for Martinez. Not sure about their survival chances though. Moyes will be delighted at having the chance to win his 1st throphy in August too.

Bit unfair that they have to play on Tuesday, but they played really well today and if they could do it again then who knows.

Well I bet £10 on Wigan to win it @ 9-1 which won me £100 plus Mrs Astaire bet £2 on them to win 1-0 plus she bet £2 on McManaman to get MOTM. (That has yet to be calculated) All in at least £140 but probably more. 🙂

They will probably have to win both of their remaining matches. I hope they stay up but on the other hand, I don't want Arsenal to slip up and let Tottenham into top 4. Argghhh.

Apperantly??

McManaman was very good today, and is a talented lad, but his end product is awful.
If he improves that bit there might be a very good player there.

Well they're not cousins, that's the bollocks bit, but they are related according to bbc.
I mean two guys from the same city with the same distinct last name, there has to be some relation.
 
Wigan starting XI costed £11 million and all but 1 of them (Emerson Boyce) were signed/promoted to 1st team by Martinez.
