If Hicks succeeds in ousting the board, and refinancing - well, we're headed for the Championship.

I really believe, it needs to be made clear by supporters and players, NOW, that we will not support, nor will the players offer to play for the club as long as Hicks and Gillette remain in charge.

If we wait till he (perhaps) wins this courtroom battle, it really is too late. The Egomaniac and co needs to be stopped.

Of course he may lose the legal review, but if he wins, it's game over.

I'm thinking the time to threaten a boycott is now.

Although I agree with your sentiment, I think you are completely jumping the fucking gun. Now more than any time in the last 4 years or so, there is light at the end of the tunnel. It seems (although we've been burnt with that word before) like Hick's is in a corner he can't fight out of. Just calm down and wait a few days.

Good point, but in a few days, we could have a different board, and be on the road to refinancing. I just don't think we can wait.

It's a few days. Player boycott? We don't play Everton until the weekend. Nothing will happen, or be achieved in a few days. We will however get a better perspective on everything within that time. As I said, I agree, in principal, with what you're saying.. we're all in the same boat as supporters, but it's pointless the stress.

You can't just change boards on a whim, and H&G will not be able to even with the aid of their lawyers, this goes beyond themselves and the board to the banks.

True or not..Thats a better thought to hang on to, than believing we have just been playing crap football.

G&H won't succeed in anything. They're habitual failures at everything they do so the omens are good for the Board getting a legal victory!
