Not sure if this is what Im looking for. I'm very ignorant on anything technical, but will be traveling on business from USA to Paris soon. I aim to stop off first in Liverpool, then travel on. What I need is to be able to call my family back in USA. What is the best way of doing this? I think I can buy a cheap phone and a SIM card and use them for what I need - and they will work the same from Liverpool or Paris. Is this correct? Where can you buy these things, and how cheaply?
