Are you all forgetting someone?

I think this guy is promising. Less of a finished article than Tchouameni (and more attack-minded), but I think he generally fits the profile of what we should be looking for.

he looks like he can cover some ground and decent in tight spaces, make it so captain

Yes like him - he is also tall, need that in a Klopp midfield, and decent in tight spaces, means press resistance - which is great.

So that means we need to find out his injury record, French U-21 international - so Konate can provide an assist in tapping up (hope he does a better job than he may have done with Tchouaméni). Also, is the price gonna be right ? character gonna be right ? - you Klopp considers these things above actual talent ( not the injury bit - as I think Klopp looks for that and if he has a high injury record then probably that works in his favour for Klopp selection).

The contract extension offer was addressed to Naby Keira?

Nabi Keira actually - and they promptly signed it leaving their other less well paying career to enjoy the riches of being a professional footballer without actually being a footballer,

They can be safe in the knowledge that they can be injured all the time and shit if they ever have to step on to a pitch - and no-one will be any the wiser.

@ste
Nabi ?worried about contract extension....yes we all are coz we don't want you to sign anything. Do us all a favour Nabi ..Fuck off and take your injuries with you. Am sick and tired of cripples in this team
It seems like we can only get a MF if we sell a player

The club has a list All the one's I've recommended has Liverpool Scouts allegedly checking them out.
Mohammed Camara
Aguibou Camara
Luka Sucic
Konrad Laimer
Dominik Szoboszlai
Nunes

The case is what are they looking for from a MF, as the ones above have not been pursued further?
The Aguibou kid looks like he can play on the wings, through the centre and can press like a machine

Klopp is one of those rare things principled man, full of integrity. He won't throw the owners under the bus. The coffers are empty with the club increasing their out going wages.
Beamrider can explain the finance side.. the gist s we are skint till Jan
Do you remember the season where our whole back line was decimated, lost 6 games at home in a row (total of 9 in total)? Most of us fans were begging for reinforcements, they waited till the last day to get a loan of two players Davies and the Turkish kid, who while not injured stabilised the defence.
The Arsenal model is now costing them hundreds of millions of pounds

Have we increased wages though? I know Salahs contract will have generated alot of headlines but we removed Mané, Origi, Minamino, Davies, Neco and Karius. Plus Milner took a pay cut. That's over £400k a week.

That's against what? £120k for Nunez,an extra £100k for Salah plus whatever Carvalho and Ramsay get for pocket money. Our wage bill should decline in the next 12-24 months as the older established players are either released or sign on reduced terms. Ox, Keita, Firmino are up next summer with Thiago and Matip up the following year. Those guys are all at the higher end of our wage structure.

Genuine question: has this been photoshopped?

This man is Hendo's age. Why does he look like Milner's granddad?

He used to look like a toddler when he was playing for us, so where have all the years in between gone??

Sander Berge

[article]
Jurgen Klopp has expressed interest in Sheffield United’s midfielder, Sander Berge, amid Liverpool’s growing injury list, according to Gary Weaver at Sky Sports.

[/article]

Would you?

What's the big deal with the Pino kid. €50m plus they want from him? Admittedly i have only seen high lights, just a slower Harry Wilson

They're all Camaras, with Kante type vibes

Before someone gets upset at me for posting videos, Mohamed and Aguibou have had scouts looking at them.

And yes he approves!

Are we taking shifts at looking after Moron or has he moved to a Wolves forum to post about his love of their new record signing.

No - I am still here, and will be, not on some damn Wolves forum - it will only make the pain worse seeing that fella in that orange and black top. Can't believe we let him go there - only for Man City to go in for him next season with a £80M+ bid.

But you are right - I need looking after and some hope from you guys that this will not be a wasted season where we just make up the numbers in the league. I just cannot understand Klopp and the Management why why why - have they persisted with these cripples given the experience of 20/21 ? - they are fucking nutters.

Just adding that I do appreciate the false hope you are all providing that we may get someone. The best news I have heard thus far is that Keita wants to leave - and even if we don't sign anyone to replace him, it won't make any difference. Let's face it - even if he is slightly good - you could never have a team sheet with him starting because you just don't know if he is going to turn up do you ?

Our transfer policy seems to be sell to buy. Now if we keep letting players run down their contracts who are we gong to sell, the kids? Oh wait, we did that

Negotiations should be done 2 years before the contract finishes, and f there is no agreement sell them.
Ox will go for free
it looks like now both Naby and Bobby will also go (for free)

Wouldn't surprise me if FSG finally decide to sell up, they probably think 10 years in...got our success made our name made a hefty profit and onto new business adventures.

I don't know, but so far they own a big brand football and baseball team, and just recently bought a NHL team. They're missing an NBL and an NFL team. My guess and its based on no data, is they'll buy other sports team, make them financially sound and then float FSG on an exchange. John Henry will make millions each year on his stock options.
@Beamrider probably could give you better insight into the minds of millionaires/billionaires

If your read how our scouts operate we've followed half of Europe! Scouts watching players means SFA mate. It's their A to D rating that matters.
