The two of the three I've mentioned have been scouted on more than a few occasions. I have no idea how high they got to getting discussed. I just thought they all look pretty good and are all named Camara

He is being facetious. There is deals out there from freebies, loans, cheap buys, average buy to world class buys. Its frustrating not knowing what the club will do. If they don't react this window, they will need to in the winter as predict we will struggle.
They sold Mohammed Camara for £13m to AS Monaco, and he could have been a good pick up. AS Monaco are good breading ground for players, they have two CM/DM who could available, Jean Lucas and Youssouf Fofana.

I know @Farkmaster - I know, I don't get it either, we know we will lose at least 2 next season, well we are likely to lose Naby soon. None of it makes sense. I think FSG have convinced themselves they have signed a midfielder in Fabio Carvalho, therefore they have done their duty.
No, Carvalho replaces Minamino, Nunez replaces Origi (a “proper #9 in the squad) and Diaz for Mane. We clearly were in the market for a CM all summer judging from the amount of players in that position we were linked to, but for some reason it hasn’t worked out.
You need to convince @StevieM, There are decent MF out there lie Tielemans or generational talents like Danilo. NUFC are going for Lucas Paqueta who is an easy upgrade on Hendo, CJ, Naby or Ox
Naby, Ox and Milner all out of contract in 10 months time and we'd be insane to offer any of them a new deal. Thiago is up the summer after that and Hendo no longer a starter after this season. Midfield is going to need a massive overhaul and it's negligent squad planning to try and buy 3 CMs and bed them in at the same time. At the very least we should be looking at 1 now and 1 in January.
You have me confused me for @moron. When he moved to Wolves, I moved on too. If players get picked up by other clubs, I can't name the same players again, so I look at other targets.

I name cheap players often because smaller clubs pick them up and then sell the a year two years later for 10x to 20x what they paid for.
Again - it’s not me that need me convincing - I don’t have any role in deciding transfers.
