I was just having a drink with my better half. To make a long story short we were discussing the relationship I have with the site, and the people on it. She seems to think that all "internet people" are fake but I told her that I feel we are legitimately friends, or as much as we can be considering the circumstances.
So my question is being as how we have never met, and how I presume some people from the site have met, it normal to assume that if we did meet that everything would be "okay". My wife seems to think you all would kill me in my sleep.
So lets have it are you all real or not? Would you feel comfortable meeting others from the site, if you haven't already? Most importantly, do you consider folks from the site as friends?
