The second part of the double save he made today was pure luck. It would have been pure luck if it had gone in, too. The keeper gets into position, the striker gets into position, what happens in the nano-second after that is pure luck. But he's a brilliant keeper, and a real gem.
 
It's not pure luck, the keeper can just try to block as much of the goal as possible and put the striker off as much as possible. He reacted instantly, made himself huge which ultimately meant he made the save. It's was brilliant instinctual goalkeeping.

Well, maybe 'pure luck' is inaccurate, but it's mainly luck. The striker and keeper train time and again for such instances, but in a game it's a unique moment and neither has time to do more than go with their instincts and hope for the best. So the phrase you earn your good luck is true. Reina earned it. But the first save was great skill.

Masher's seems to just be Javier Mascherano to the Seven Nation Army tune. Boring.
