Good player in my opinion, I'd take him at Liverpool on-loan or a permanent deal, sure. Although, if we did want to buy him it'd cost around £10m, but I suppose that's not too bad with something of his ages and ability.

when i've seen him play (albeit not many times) the one thing that struck me was that he was a bit of a kick and run winger - i don't think he is going to turn people left and right. he will open up the field with his width and he seems to have a good sense of positioning and scoring. overall, he might not have the level of trickey or technical ability Barca (the best team in the world) want.
Guaidiola rated him the new guys prefers Cuenca, tbh if there is one team in the world where you could be deemed surplus to requirements and still be a very exciting player then it's Barcelona isn't it?

We wouldnt be looking at him if he wasnt. Same way people think that bringing in certain players will get in the way of Suso, Raheem and other ressies getting game time. People need to wake up to the fact that the youngsters just arent ready yet and we wouldnt be potentially looking at bringing in players in the positions they play if they were. Hell, even pacheco has been through this before with folk on here before, possibly even by me in my delusional days, I cant quite remember. Was thinking though that we could still be getting him on loan, and barca maybe tryin to protect themselves from losing him for nothing next season by gettin contract extended by one year.
