I think you're reading a little bit too much into that, especially as he's training on his own, it's probably not a full workout. Will be interesting to see videos of him training once he's with the whole group.

yeah it may be a warm up or down but just thinking about when we trained , our coaches were highly qualified or ex-pros and we never did anything at that slow a pace .but anyway i actually don't care too much , just thought it was funny and typical mario .
