To be honest, I'm only having a laugh. I'm not against performance related bonuses, and am happy Suarez that has justified one.

Yeah, I'd have to assume that it's not purely on goals alone, there would have to be better metrics involved.

One of the basic rules of perfromance related pay is that the best get paid better, but if you try & make yourself better than the rest by undermining team work that will work against you in an assessment. Hence PRP can not be based on objective metrics alone, but incorporates your manager's and peers' subjective judgment.

As a Trot I am opposed to PRP, as a manager I have to implement it.
