Are the rumours true then?

Knocked up two birds both due around the same time?

That could derail his development.

Sadly i must hold my hands up and admit that a few months ago i looked at his twitter page after he was meant to have had a moan at not being played . He came across as a right cocky , full of himself "gangsta" , pics of himself like some sort of R'n'B star . Then again i guess most young lads that age are like that now .

Anyway more importantly i'd read from a few people who watch the reserves and youth team that the feeling was he'd not really taken the steps they'd hoped he would this season . He's still young obviously but sounds like he needs to get his focus back and cop on to himself .

You wonder the effects of twitter , LFC TV showing youth games live etc have on these lads ....too much hype too young ...10-15 yrs ago only a tiny amount of people would know anything about a player until he hit the 1st team .

I kind of agree Red. He was tearing defences to pieces last season. This season he hasn't been consistently dangerous. He's still exciting when he gets on the ball, but the end product hasn't been there like it was last year. Hope he gets his mojo back.

On the other hand I think Suso has been getting back to his best, after a 9 month spell where he seemed to be stagnating.

Think his mojo is functioning too well.

Sorry if I offended anyone, just trying to be funny.
Btw Suso is the one I hope to see more from. He's the most talented player in the reserves IMO.

I think Modo is black, so he is allowed to use that word.

One of the few "perks" of being black (sarcastic).
Though it was a quote from training day you know the role Denzel got an OScar for...

If this is true I can't help but be ever-so-slightly fucked off.

I remember he tweeted a picture of his girlfriend and, even though she was a P.Y.T., I thought "hmmm, you didn't meet *her* down the library, did you, Raheem ?".

If I was his dad, I'd slap the snot out of the little shit.

Fucking ridiculous (if true).

On a sidenote, he was bought up single-handedly by his mother.

Then I hope she slaps the snot out of him.

Maybe Jonjo can give him young dad tips ?

They can have "What Were You Thinking ?" coffee mornings.

Liverpool's youngster, Raheem Sterling (17-years old) gets 2 girls pregnant in two weeks, making him Liverpool's top scorer for December.

Dalglish confirms Liverpool squad will be wearing condoms before their next match in solidarity with Raheem Sterling

*laughs*

*cries*

You're all looking at this the wrong way.

It's good that he's having his kids early, the last thing you want is to be having sleepless nights when you're a 1st team player.

SWANSEA and BOLTON are battling to sign Raheem Sterling on loan for the rest of the season.

Sterling, 17, joined Liverpool from QPR two years ago in a deal worth up to £5million.

He is having to remain patient at Anfield, though, as he is yet to make an appearance under Kenny Dalglish.

Liverpool will listen to the options as a switch could certainly benefit Sterling if he gets a regular taste of the Premier League.

Swans boss Brendan Rodgers is also looking at Brighton’s 22-year-old midfielder Liam Bridcutt – one of his old Chelsea boys – and watched him in FA Cup action against Wrexham last week.

He's 'having to be patient'? So he bloody well should be. He's been pretty mediocre this season. When someone shows an Owen-like burst of form, by all means consider them for a first team place, but otherwise they need to keep working damn hard and listen to Borrell.

Why??? Have you seen him recently? He's delivered less than Downing, and looked as much of a goal threat.

why?

because it's hard to imagine anything worse than our final third performance vs Stoke. personally i'd err on the side of caution and not play him yet - he's still fucking tiny, for a start - but i can certainly see an argument for trying him. he's direct, lightning quick, and skillful: it's easy to see him causing a bit of havoc in the last 10 minutes when we've punched ourselves out.

even El Zhar managed that from time to time, ffs.

Once again: how often have you seen him play this season, and how impressed were you with his performances? If this is merely a lazy knee-jerk argument then why not mention Adam Morgan, who actually does score goals? Sure, he's totally out of form at the moment but don't let that stop this silly game.

Yep...sometimes youngsters play get a major psychological boost when given the chance. Often, the fear of not making it makes them stagnate. We have had a lot of youngsters show early promise, and then they fail to even live up to the standards they have already shown. There has got to be a reason behind this drop in performance at youth level.

The main difference between Kenny last season and this season, for me, is that he is not backing the youngsters now....even the youngsters who did well for him last season, like Kelly, Flanangan, Robinson etc have taken a back seat...of course all of them unfortunately play in full-back position where we have competition for starting spot for the first time in ages.

I really think Shelvey has been handled rather poorly. I would much rather go with Henderson/Gerrard/Shelvey as the midfield trio than play Adam in front of Shelvey, but it seems Adam is Kenny's favorite.

I can say all of the below showed promise and then went to shit..

Pacheco
Dalle Valle
Morgan
Suso
Sterling
Robinson

etc...of course there is still time for Sterling, Robinson and Morgan etc....but judging by our history in developing youngsters, i don't really hold much hope.

It seems Ibe is the latest addition to that list...lets see how it goes.

i've seen him play a few times. i accept he's not had a great season, and personally i wouldn't play him. but i think it's still within the bounds of reasonableness to consider it; not instead of carroll as a striker, but as an impact player late on purely to attack full backs and try to get teams turning back towards their own goal, because we've got pretty much no-one else who can offer that.

it'd depend how physically and mentally ready for it the club think he is, for me, as he's clearly got the ability if not the form. i was under the impression there'd been strong rumours that he was going to be on the bench for a recent game, anyway? maybe that's bollocks, but if there's something in it maybe the idea's not so lazy and ludicrous as you make out?
