I think that's great work from the agents. Very forward thinking - play well and get paid more.
FSG should sit all the agents down and say "You know what, you're absolutely right, your clients should be getting paid loads more for their good performances..... so anyway, this is the performance related pay scale we're introducing thanks to your wonderful suggestions..... Of course when the little pampered dear plays with all the skill & mobility of a traffic cone he'll be lucky to get his bus fare home".

It was carefully constructed by his agent so that the next time Sterling goes to get a ball for a throw in, a load of rightfully pissed off hairy arsed season ticket holders will shout at him for being a cunt, which in turn will give his agent all the ammo he needs to say 'I told you so, football is a fickle business, you owe them nothing, leave while you can.'
