So the Title

In the pre-game interview, BR said that we could win our last ten games and still not win the title so yeah, City is our biggest rival.
Do I think we can win the title? I do.

Starting to believe. 2 away games against teams we usually struggle with and with 2x3-0 aswell. Insane.

There is only 1 game I hope Utd turn up in, City at home in 9 days. Close call between City and Chelsea. Chelsea have the easiest run in imho.

We certainly have a great chance. 4th is all but in the bag now, so we can concentrate on looking upward on the table.
3rd or 2nd and not having to qualify for the CL would be fantastic if we dont win the bloody thing. 🙂

Mad how it changes week on week, before Chelseas game yesterday i would have said 100% they are the main threat but now slightly leaning towards City although they do have the bigger potential to drop points with their run in.

Its on for us now though, no doubt about it, even though its hard to comprehend us actually winning it.

All I'm gonna say is that this win won't mean a damn thing if we don't continue the run we're on.

Such a pivotal month.Lots of top 5 clashes.

22 Mar Chelsea v Arsenal
26 Mar Man Utd v Man City
30 Mar Arsenal v Man City, Liverpool v Tottenham

There's an awful long way to go still. It's just incredible we're even talking about it. If Rodgers can keep up this consistency and we get a bit of good fortune then yes, we're in with a very real chance.

We'll win it.

I'm convinced we'll beat both City and Chelsea at home.

Football's coming home.

The way Gerrard is playing it is certainly on in his mind. That is enough to convince me.

I mean look at Gerrard's face. He's all smiles nowadays.

Is Suarez really wearing those boots. Fuck me, he can kiss goodbye to breaking Shearer's record

really. city will drop points. so will chelsea. those two home gamss are key. there is a long way to go... but this will be our best chance to win the league in 20 odd years. 2008-2009 and 2002 were always long shots.

and barring a collapse of incredible proportions, we will be back in the cl. i mean, i think we've all kind of overlooked that today. wihoo

erm... let's not revise history here. 08-09 we were top of the league and decided to throw it all away.

Top of the league, but we made hard work of winning games and even scoring goals... Torres and Alonso had to do special things for us to win the title which is why it was a long shot. This season we are winning and scoring with freedom and as a natural consequence of our play. We just need to keep going

Just one thing - with United thinking about patience and giving their manager to develop a team, I heard on the radio some LFC fans about being realistic about our title chances and perhaps it will be next year and how well Rodgers is doing. I hate to remind people but I think most of us have been waiting for more than 20 years - so if we win it, I can only say it is well overdue.

I want to believe in it, it just seems unreal that after finishing 7 th in the last season, we are 4 points off the table with a game in hand. it is just that feeling is not sinking in...this season feels like the season Dortmund had when after being in such a bad time, after 5th position, they directly go on with the league

One game at a time. The believe o meter has notched up one slot. But still one quarter of the season left.

Even if we win all our remaining matches we may still not win the league if Chelsea and City all of theirs too..

Still think Chelsea are the toughest opponent. City still have 11 to play, there's no way I can see them winning all of them, even apart from a defeat by us. They've just got a vulnerability about them - definitely a team liable to the odd 'off' day, with that slightly dodgy defence and over-reliance on an injury-prone Aguero. I see them winning a max of 8 of those 10, personally - then obviously we have to beat them whatever happens.

Chelsea will be tough to hold off, though. Might be better if they get to the CL semis, at least.

But I think we've got a great chance now.
