True story. A few years ago I used to car pool with a few guys who lived close and worked together on a job over in Yorkshire. Anyway it was my turn to drive and I turn up at the meet point and one of the guys has turned up in a manc shirt. Now its December and bloody freezing and he's not wearing a coat or anything and has walked about 15 mins to get to the meet point, but obviously I'm not going to let him in the car so I put the locks on and tell him to fuck off back home and change his shirt and I'll give him 10 mins (which I felt was being overly generous, but I was in a good mood). He gets really really arsey and threatens to kick a dent in my car so I drive off and leave him. Apparently his wife had his car that day so he couldn't get to the job and he ends up getting sacked.
The thought of just being close to a manc shirt gives me the eebiejeebies. If I had to wear one I'd pass away.

Ha....That's a bit over the top.
If it was work related, I would've made a polite joke about it and got on with it.
If it was a mate, I would've told him to take that shite off.
