For Sport relief, Danny Baker came up with the idea of the 'Shirt of Hurt'- for charidee, you wear the shirt of a team you despise.

Obviously, we've all got a few.

What's yours?

Don't all you scousers say Everton, because we all know there's a photo of you already in an Everton top, manipulated into it by an evil uncle when you were a kid.

Mine-

Scum obviously

Celtic (it would quite literally be the shirt of hurt where I live)

Linfield

England Rugby top.

Utd, defo.

I was raised in a family were there were blues and reds like, but we had a common foe, Manchester.

If I'm in a sports shop and I am near the Scum/Chav racks (nightmare because we are often right next to the Chav shite due to both of us being Adidas) I find it hard to even look at them, in fact, I want to set fire to the rags.

I am not really a GAA man but it would pain me to wear a Dublin shirt.

You know what us culchies are like.

Are you a Glens man Doc or have you just a special disliking to the 'proud' potato head?
[/quote]

I can't claim to be a real Glens man, though I used to go and support the Glens for cup finals and big games and get attacked by their horrible fans (back in the day when Glens/Linfield matches were the side event to the fighting).

Super Seasiders for me.

The Oval is a shithole sure. Are you a Shitfield fan Markeh?

Last time I was there was to see the Liverpool legends, but a few of my pals have been trying to talk me into going back to watch the Glens.

Oh do tell !

Ain't nothin' else going on round here.

A few years back, I had to buy my kid brother a scum shirt from one of those massive and jam packed west London sports shops. I've never felt so uncomfortable as walking around the store with that Shite in my hand. In the end I had to remove if from the hanger and scrunch it up into a ball so no one could tell which team it was.

Probably the evilest thing I've ever done was buying my niece a Liverpool top (I'd convinced her to be a fan) and her Da, my brother in law, is a manc. It killed him to see his beloved daughter wearing the shirt. The thing was his son was supposedly a manc fan, but after we'd won the FA cup I was bouncing round their place giving it "Liverpool, Liverpool, Liverpool- Liverpool, Liverpool, Liver-po-oo-ll" (pissed), and the wee man joined in and wouldn't stop singing it no matter how much his Da pleaded with him to stop.

Happy days.

I met Lawrie Sanchez at the Oval once, I was nearly blinded by his weird orange glow.

I met Ian Dowie out with (what you call yer man who had his arm broken by Adams in the FA cup final) in the Bot. Dowie had his shirt unbuttoned to the waist, comlete with medallion and was brilliant craic. Yer man was a dick.

I have purchased the last three french home jerseys (soccer) and have had quite a few of the rugby teams training tops too.
