Great to see Ibe, Smith and McLaughlin. Coady also has grown as a player at Sheff Utd.
Paez looks pretty good aswell.

If you want a striker that only scores goals in pre and off season sign Aspas...

I dont moan just for the sake of it though which seems to be the preferred stance on here sometimes.

Borini could be very useful for us next season. Whilst we could have done with him at times this season, I think that his loan will ultimately be of greater overall benefit to us

Brannagan - the kid can play. Not flashy and attention-catching like Ibe, but there's no doubt he's got good touch, skill and seems to make all the correct decisions when he has the ball.

This is just a friendly of course, and it's easy to read too much into the performances in a friendly against a weak team. Still, it's hard not to be excited by some of the young talents we have at the club.

U-18s captain but has played for the U-21s since McLaughlin went to Barnsley on loan if I'm not wrong. Good pace and strength, and has been pretty good when I've seen him.

I'll be surprised if Smith doesn't make it. The other younger ones all look pretty well rounded, so they've got a chance.

Ibe's finishing let him down but he looked excellent otherwise
