Sure seems like there will be TV cameras .. just not shown live in the UK.
The tie will not be shown live on television in the UK, but extended highlights will be available on LFCTV GO from 12pm on Wednesday.

BBC say they will have clips so it must be televised and likely the live game can be found elsewhere:

Yes.. I imagine there will be some deal with the BBC and LFC.tv, given the FA are not involved with any TV organisations worldwide in respect of rights..

They almost certainly won't work. They plan it based on the live footy TV schedules which all showed it being on those foreign channels.
The place that got the live feed last time said they won't be this time, cos they don't have people running the right satellite equipment anymore.
There’s no guarantee even if he had played a diff team, anyone would have shown it in Uk.
His comments about club being setup for 10-15 yrs, yeah I’m sure.
Watching LFC TV at the moment. Guess they won't have the match live though.
