I've read the rulebook as JJ suggested and it seems pretty straightforward to me, but if I need any help I'll know where to go!

No worries.

I think the most important thing is to remember that it is a slow moving game so don't give up if it seems boring the first time you log in. You only play 2 games a week so give it a bit of time.

Also organise a friendly as soon as you can (preferably one from your own league or the league above).
