I hope Klopp has a tactic to get us through their midfield. They are pushing both FBs up to pressure Diaz/Robbo and Mane/Trent and prevent us getting through a very congested midfield.

Much as he has forgotten how to play football at times over the last couple of years I think this game would suit Firmino over Jota. We could do with him dragging the centre backs around. Jota has been anonymous. Mane, TAA and Henderson were getting in each other's way out on the right before Mane switched. Apart from Salah's goal threat he plays a bit narrower than Mane dragging players inside giving Trent space for crossing and overlapping. It's not happening tonight

I think Van Dijk has been too relaxed from the start and we’ve been too passive in our build-up; feels like a slip of concentration is not far away. Robbo is the only one defending with the requisite amount of intensity.

Diaz looks spent; I think Salah for him at half-time is a no-brainer. A midfielder that can run with the ball like Keita or Jones could also help open up Arsenal’s defensive shell. At the moment we’re just passing the ball around with not much purpose. Klopp is clearly fuming; big half-time team talk coming up for him.
