Am I right in thinking players from the Italian league adapt less well to clubs in other leagues? I've just read again that Osvaldo is unsettled at Southampton and is looking to move (might be bullocks I know but he has only scored 1 goal). We've done well with Courtinho, jurys still out on borini and doni and aqualani were a disaster.

he's been good this season, scored the goal that broke romas winning streak. Just broke into the national side too. From what i can tell he's the sort of player who needs to play games often, big fish small pond type. He's not been great at the bigger teams
