My order of outcomes

1. Draw. Both drop points. This is a crazy season and we need all potential rivals to drop as many points as possible as early as possible. They can also get as many injuries and cards as possible.
2. Man U win.
3. Man City win.

No nuclear bomb going off in the ground?

Daniel Podence is quite a nifty little player. Good replacement for Jota for them and maybe even more.

I see Mike Dean penalizing the Wolves forward for looking where the Villa defender was when challenging for a header....maybe the referees can keep an eye on Mr Kane

This has been one dull game. Wolves did just hit the post. Not much else to say than Villa dive a lot.

Villa, who are down to 10, get a pen in the 93rd minute. That’s the winner 1-0.

Poor from the keeper on the pen. Looking at the run up he was always hitting it to his left.

Second yellow for moutinho and he’s off.

I prefer Neto from the little I've seen this season

Neto bursts into life episodically and has impressive technique and shot. But Podense is someone who actually runs the attacking part of the game - lots of energy and invention.

He looks and walks like he’s Hazards unknown brother..

Almeron scores after 21 seconds. Newcastle 1 WBA 0.

Dortmund one down after Can gave away a pen.

What’s happening over there? With those attacking players ?

Haaland is injurier, so the goals have dried up. But seems as though Favre has lost the dressing room.
There was absolutly no fight and they were outplayed. Hummels was very crictical about tehe tactics in a post match interview.

Sancho looks poor this season and Reus looks past it.

City started with pressing high, but not quite with enough numbers or energy, so United are usually managing to play through it.

United playing 4-2-2-2 with Bruno Fernandes and Rashford up front, Pogba LW and Greenwood RW. City a surprisingly conventional 4-2-3-1. Both teams ultra-cautious; no real chances created so far.

This is worse than Wolves-Villa playing quality wise. No tempo, little creativity, lots of basic mistakes from both teams.

Some nice passing interplay from United but their only chances came from two corners with Maguire and then Lindelof putting virtual free headers over the bar. Fernandes is really a class apart but surprisingly fucked up their only real breakaway when all he had to do was play their LW (Pogba?) in but pinged it straight at the last City defender.

Sterling has looked the most dangerous for City but two half chances plus mahrez missing a one on one all they have to show. City look miles and miles below not just their best but their average.
