im ok with this tbh, i think the problem lies in the organisation of the defence rather than the players, but i guess rodgers is gona wana set up with a high line which our defenders aren't great at

I think we had problems as a team earlier in the season though, the midfield wasn't protecting the back four well enough and we were open to being hit on the counter. As the season went on we became more comfortable with the set up. I think Skrtel made way because he was the one who is similar in style to Carra (Agger/Carra or Agger/Skrtel was a better combination than Skrtel/Carra), so hopefully he can stay and find the form that he's had every-other season for us. With Toure and possibly lloris signing though, I can't see him staying.
