We need to exercise our rights (if we have that right) and recall him. Sturridge will undoubtedly be injured again and do we really need to splash out £20m on another foreign gamble?

We will be sued for breaking the terms and conditions of the contract..

The agreement was we let him go back on loan for the first 12 months.. which assisted us in getting him for a knock down fee..

No doubt his value will shoot up by the end of season

If we recalled him then one would imagine they will have the right to pursue compensation up and to his current market value.

We cant be sued as we cant recall him unless Lille and Origi agrees. We have no such power.
There was a rumour that we could be willing to pay 5 mill extra to get him in January, but its been rubbished by Lille as they want him to stay for the rest of the season,

We only got him when we did and for how much we did, thanks to the agreement to loan him back for the season.

To be honest, I wouldn't want to fuck up Origi's development by having him come over here to the shower we currently are.

If we could have recalled Origi, we would have have done so by now.

It's not going to happen.
