To be fair to Rooney he stays on his feet and rides challenges more than most players I can think of just now.
I've got no doubt he takes a dive now and then but the rolling around and clutching his ankle when someone looks at him or grabbing his face like he just got his jaw broken by an ankle tap doesn't happen with him. Just the way he is; Drogba is, I'm sure, bigger and probably stronger but rolls round to a shameful level....... even for a Chelsea player.

I wouldn't mind being a fly on the wall when the two of them are in the dressing room either. I reckon it would be a fair bit stronger than the language Terry and co apparently used with Drogba a few years ago.

Who said they wouldn't want him in our squad? I was referencing the irony of the fact that he is teammates with AY and casting judgement on others for diving.
Rio urged players to stay on their feet, Alex had brutal attack on both Torres and Suarez for diving and now Rooney.... It is quite disturbing and disgusting when they have been awarded the two young pens. It make it seem they don't care if United players dive, but the rest of the world should stay on their feet.
You know, you could be on to something there.
We shouldn't be shocked really. I'm unsurprised aswell (given who he plays for) that a player so high profile hasn't been told to 'curb it' on Twitter, given he's had a few things to say about players now, including Suarez.
Hopefully these comments will accumulate and one day he'll step onto the pitch and some hero will break his fucking face.

As I mentioned in the other thread though, you just know when Drogba does that gingerly limping thing that he's got fuck all wrong with him. I can remember countless games against us where the bastard got my hopes up with the terrible limp, only to fucking destroy us afterwards. If you saw Carra limping like that you'd call in an ambulance.
in todays papers there isn't so much as a line with regards to drogba's 'antics' last night. can you imagine if it were suarez doing what drogba was doing last night?
