Bill Kenright spotted an old lady struggling with many grocery shopping bags trying to cross the road.
"Can you manger love"? he asked
"Fuck off, I don't want the job" was the reply.

Neil Lennon by the way

With Martinez and Rodgers as managers the derby games will be weird tippy tappy things next season.

O'Neil is unemployed.

TBF, Moyes was a great appointment for them and I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to replicate his success by looking at young managers from the lower leagues.

Or perhaps someone like Chris haughton

I think Martinez has been mentioned too

Good if it's Martinez. They'll have a few transition seasons switching away from their solid, disciplined playing style that brought them to, and kept them where they are, to a more open, swashbuckling style. With their tight purse strings though, they may have problems changing players fast enough to make the switch and could fall down the table in the ensuing seasons.

Their best bet might be to bring in someone to continue the way they've been playing. Martin O'Neill perhaps?

I don't understand why they'd want martinez.

They have limited funds at best & the players then have aren't suited to his style of football.

Oneill would make more sense from that point of view.

Dave Whelan says Martinez is 'too big' for Everton. now i hate and belittle Everton as much as the next man, but that's hilarious.
I'm sure being in the bottom three for a total of about 5 years is a great recommendation for him managing the blue shite.
I hope Wigan get relegated and never come back up. Twats.

IMO Rafa would not take the blueslime gig. He took some persuading even to accept the Chelsea job.

[Phones for a taxi just in case]

I dont really care who they get. The job Moyes has done is phenomenal and the job for him following Fergie is easier imo than following him into Goodison.
They should be battling relegation every year. Fucking Stoke outspend them.

I know its probably a shit thing for a Liverpool fan to say but I think he well deserves a chance at United. Hes a brilliant manager.
I dont wish him success obviously.

I'd imagine they will have more money than usual this summer due to Fellaini and possibly Baines leaving. Fellaini alone will probably guarantee them £15 - £20 million.

Agree with most of that, but unlike you I'm old enough to remember the mess they got into when Busby moved upstairs. If they have anywhere near the same amount of trouble when Ferguson makes the same move - which hopefully they will do, and more - Moyes will find it a far harder job than the blueslime one could ever be.

They where going ape shit the blueshite this morning at the mere mention of Benitez being apoointment manager..

They still aint got over his 'small club' comment..

Apparently according to Whelan.. Martinez is too big for Everton.. 😀
