Well yes obviously, as the widely supported political entity in Gaza, Hamas, also has claimed its wish to annihilate Israel before 7th Oct.
If you want we can go back all the way to 2006 when Israel disengaged from Gaza, or to 1979 when Israel offered Gaza to Egypt to develop it, or in 1967 when it was under Egypt control and Israel was attacked from there, or to 1948 when Jews accepted the partition plan of their occupied homeland and war has started by all sorrunding Arabs along with Gazans, or back to the 1st century when the Jews were kicked out by the Romans.

Throwing them off buildings
It's 300+ bullets at 6 year old girls
It's shooting women waving white flags.
It's cutting off food and aid to people leaving them starving for 10+ days.
It's decimating an entire place and population
It's not subduing a people, it's lies and propaganda that people are seeing through across the world..be they "backward, uncivilised uncouth Brown Arab Muslims" or white upper class westerners across the globe.

Everyone (including the "peace keeping" force, what a joke) was quite happy to let Hezbollah fire rockets from Lebanon for a year. When Israel finally said enough is enough, it's a problem.
