If he loves where he's from and wants to be a local legend I don't know why anyone would be angry at him.
I'm more angry at the fact that if he doesn't sign we will be talking about potential DMs for the third year running. We hear about how rare the good ones are, but meanwhile we've threatened to spend about 300 million on them, none of whom were mooted by anyone before they were heralded as THE solution, and none of whom have any commonality between them.
The compilations of some of these people are like "look at this fucking genius, he doesn't cough up possession then he passes it to someone who actually played the sport to get laid." Imagine a compilation that doesn't even have goals or assists in it. We are doing press resistance compilations now. Really? I can't be doing this for another season.
